Sign in, and plans
Sign in to Plyloft once with GitHub. Plyloft asks GitHub who you are and nothing else: no access to your repositories, and your projects can stay on your computer.
Three plans. Free builds one card at a time across all your workspaces; Pro builds cards in parallel and adds Build with both, Merge when checks pass, Ship batch and skill improvement proposals; Team adds the shared board and skills, one seat per member.
Settings › Account › Plan shows your plan, when it renews and this computer, with Upgrade and Manage subscription.
Put back in To do, from a card's ⋯ menu: its session stops, and the branch and the work so far wait for the next Start build.
Teams pay at creation: choose seats, pay, and Plyloft creates the team. The owner gives each member a seat, and Remove from team frees it.
Members shows who has joined, who is still invited and until when, and who has no access.
A card shows a teammate's pull request and who described it; cards someone else has claimed wait in Waiting.
Team keys are retired: sign in with the GitHub account your team uses instead.
Advanced swarms are gone from the app; cards already running one finish as before.
Plyloft no longer answers Claude's "trust this folder?" question for you, and a stopped planning conversation says so, with Plan again.
On Windows, Setup checks that Git uses your GitHub sign-in and offers to turn it on.

A wider card, and teams on two machines
On a wide window the card page has two columns: the session or the result on the right, and "See the diff" opens the result and its diff side by side.
Build with both shows the two builds side by side while they work, each with its live state, Open session and Build done.
The result says each thing once: one "Overlapping edits", no actions repeated from Now.
Approve an improvement proposal on your own: "Approve and commit to main" makes one commit, never over a newer change or uncommitted work; both Claude and Codex copies change when they were the same.
Findings and comparisons render code and bold; a round switch above the diff shows one round's findings.
Teams: add a workspace after creating the team, see "Invitation sent", join with an invite code, get the team's board, and see "Claimed by alice" on cards someone else has taken.
A missing remote branch is said as such, never as "offline"; on Windows, Plyloft's git no longer waits on a hidden sign-in window.

Reviews you can read
The Challenger is named on every card: “Codex · nothing blocking”. A same-vendor review says why.
Followed chips show which of your skills a review followed.
A serious issue stands out: “1 serious issue · changes requested” in the Inbox, and a callout on the card.
Findings sit under the line they name in the diff, with their state across rounds.
